1. Is there an On-Premise version of Dynamics Payroll?
No, Dynamics Payroll is a 100% cloud-based system accessible on any device, anywhere, as long as you have an active internet connection and a web browser.
2. Is my data safe in the system?
Security is a critical point for any company. Dynamics Payroll is a single instance, multi-tenant architecture which is underpinned by an ISO 27001 certificate and is also GDPR and POPI compliant which ensures you that your data is safe in the system.
3. Do I have to do any legislation updates to the system?
No, all tax tables, legislative calculations and reports are maintained by Dynamics Payroll for all supported countries. These updates will be done over the weekend and when you log into the system on Monday morning, you will be on the latest and greatest version of the system.
4. How does the billing for Dynamics Payroll work?
Dynamics Payroll billing is based on consumption. The number of payslips that is printed for a specific month will be what you pay for. There are no annual or upfront licence fees and no infrastructure costs.
5. Does Dynamics Payroll have an Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal?
Yes, employees and manager will have access to ESS when utilising the Premier or Master version where they can apply for leave, view their payslips and apply for expense claims.
6. Can I integrate my payroll and HR system with other 3rd party applications?
Yes, with API’s available to send data to and receive from other 3rd party applications, Dynamics Payroll allows you to have integrated solutions that will benefit your company and reduce manual intervention.
